How long does the process take?
For pre-designed invitations you can expect to receive your items within 6 weeks of ordering. To ensure your order runs to time or quicker, make sure to follow the key dates sent to you. Bespoke takes slightly longer, get in touch and we can give you an idea based on your needs.
When should we send out our stationery?
Save the Dates
We would recommend sending save the dates out at least 12 months in advance. For weddings abroad or if you have a lot of international guests you should consider sending up to 18 months in advance.
This can vary on location and if you have already sent save the dates. If you are sending invitations only 6-9 months is a good time frame. If your guests are already aware of the date and location, between 3-6 months before the wedding is ideal.
It’s a good idea to check with local hotels how far in advance rooms are usually booked up around the time of your wedding. Check if there are going to be any large events on in the area of the wedding and if so, make sure you allow your guests plenty of time to arrange accommodation.
How many should I order?
Don’t forget that you don’t need an invitation for every guest - split your guestlist into households which will give you an idea of the minimum amount needed.
Make sure to add a few for keepsakes to look back on and a few spare (15-20%), for last minute guestlist changes or lost invitations. It’s always better to have to many than too little.
How much do you charge for bespoke designs?
We charge a £35 flat fee for bespoke designs, this includes this includes 3 initial design options and unlimited amendments until its perfect! The cost of the invite will depend on the materials chosen, find our bespoke pricelist here.
When do I pay?
Full payment is due via our website before proceeding with your stationery.
For bespoke orders the design fee is due upfront to begin the design process, once the materials needed have been agreed you will be sent the final invoice. This will need to be paid in full before continuing with design amendments, printing, construction or purchasing of any specialist materials.
What is a design proof?
This is a digital mock up of your stationery, it’s here you will get the first look of your personalised design. We make these as true to print as possible however monitors & printers will vary, therefore colours & scales may differ. It’s important for you to highlight any amendments you would like to make at this stage – after the final proof is approved there can be no further amendments, as the printing process will start.

Orders under £50 are shipped 2nd Class, this usually takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Orders over £50 are sent tracked which takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.
